hey i havent recieved my new replacement debit card do i have to inform the bank to get my new debit card when its expired

Hi @imesh25, thanks for your question. We issue a new card, prior to the current card expiring. The card will work until the end of the month shown in the expiry date, so if it shows 05/17 your card should arrive in the next 2 weeks. If your card has already expired and you have not received a new card, we'd need to speak with you over the phone on 13 17 19, or via live chat so that we can look into this for you. To access live chat, you'll need to log into online banking during WA business hours using a computer and select "chat now". I hope this has answered your question.

Hi @Hedz315, this is dependant on if you require a new card as your current one has been damaged, has expired, or has been lost/stolen.
If you're unable to call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19 to arrange this, best thing to do would be to log into your Online Banking and select the "Message us Now" tab between 7am - 6pm AWST Monday - Friday, or to send a BankMail, through the "Message Centre" tab in your Online Banking.
