I have received and completed the Bankwest Transaction Dispute Form and scanned supporting documents as required.
What Bankwest email address should I now forward these forms?
Hi @pjkeady, I'm sorry to hear that you need to dispute a transaction. Whilst we don't have a centralised email address, you will be able to forward the info through BankMail, via the "Message Centre" tab of your Online Banking, where it will be received by our email team and responded to within 1 - 2 business days. Alternatively, you can either fax the form to 1300 765 515, or post it to Bankwest: PO Box E237, Perth WA 6841. You can even drop the documentation into your local Bankwest store if preferred.
