Deposit to credit card at post office

I tried to deposit money into my credit card account at a post office.

The transaction rejected as invalid.

I selected credit as the type of account (because it is a credit card) and entered my pin correctly.

Can you please advise?

Hi @Kerrie1 at this stage, only our transaction accounts can accept post office deposits I'm sorry.

To deposit into your credit card, you'll need to first deposit into a transaction account (if you have one with us) and then transfer it across to your credit card through your online banking.
