Debit master card purchase declined

Recently i purchased items from Amazon which went through no problem. However lsst night it didnt work when buying multiple items. First email was a confirmation email and the second said the purchase was canceled with no reason. I'm overseas and cannot contact the bank. I'm afraid to reorder in case the original order comes through.

For security reasons we can't access or discuss any personal account information over Facebook, so we'd need to speak with you over the phone or via live chat to look into this. You can access live chat during WA business hours by logging into online banking via a computer and selecting the orange "Chat now" button. Alternatively you can call us from overseas on +61 8 9486 4130. This is a reverse charges number. To use this number from outside Australia please contact the international operator in the country you are in and request to be put through to +61 8 9486 4130. Please note: we have no control over any charges applied by the local or international telephone company for contacting the operator. Thanks
