Debit card

Hi, 

 

i applied for a debit card on the 22/09/17 and was supposed to receive a phone call to confirm all my information. I haven't received the call and don't kno if my application was successful.

Hi @Michyoun, I'm sorry to hear this. Can I ask if this was an application for a new account, or just for a card to be issued on an existing account? Thank you!

It was an application a new BankWest Zero MasterCard.

Can I ask if you received an email at all @Michyoun? This should have been sent outlining the next steps required for the application to proceed. I got an emailing stating:

 

”You have been conditionally approved for a BankWest Zero MasterCard”

 

it then proceeded to say I would receive a phone call and to send in some income details/evidence which I have already done.
