I used my debit MasterCard to purchase a pair of shoes from a website. They sent a pair of shoes that were not what we had ordered and are worth significantly less than the shoe we ordered. I have been in communication with the company trying to find out if we can post these shoes back and have the correct shoes posted in return. The answer was no. The best 'refund' they would do is 15% of the total cost. I am wondering if there is anything I can do about this...

@54086729 I'm sorry to hear of the trouble you've had with this website, it's definitely not the type of online shopping experience anyone hopes for! You can complete a transaction dispute form, which can be found on the forms page of our website, under the heading "General Forms". On the form it will ask for a type of dispute, you'll need to select the option that states that the goods received were not as described, and also include any copies of your correspondence with the company in regard to this issue.
