I've been waiting for more than a month now for my & my husband's debit card to be delivered. We tried to have it delivered to our home first, but the cards never arrived despite us receiving the PINs for them. I've requested them to be sent to our branch instead (Randwick) however it's been 3 weeks and it still hasn't arrived. Has anyone else been having this issue? I've had a number of letters and packages sent and received Australia Post the past few weeks and they've all been successful. Only having issues with Bankwest at the moment.

Hey @Jewel_41 I'm so sorry your card's not yet arrived.
So we can look into what's happened here, please log into your online banking and hit the 'Message us now' button located to the bottom of the screen, or the 'Ask us' button if using our app, this is at the bottom of the app menu.
