Hi, I have a credit card issued by bankwest. I recently made a purchase on-line using my CC. the item never arrived. Is there any built in insurance on my card please? Or is there anything i can do? e.g. contact MC and advise of forgery perhaps etc.

Hi @KP, I'm really sorry to hear this has happened. If you've not received goods that you have purchased, you'll certainly be able to dispute this. Our previous Forum post on How to Dispute a Transaction will assist you in obtaining a dispute form as well as walking you through the process. For security reasons via the Forum I'm unable to view your account, however if you would like to discuss this with someone in real time, or if you are concerned that the merchant is fraudulent and want to look at cancelling your card, please call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19 between 8am - 8pm your local time, 7 days a week. Alternatively, you can login to Online Banking from a PC and select the "Chat Now" button at the bottom of your screen between 7am – 6pm AWST Monday – Friday for assistance. Hope this helps!
