Hello, I spoke about my credit card late payment fee with representatives of BankWest 2times before At that moment on the phone as I understand it will refund to my account soon but it didn't come to my account yet so can you please check what happened?

Hey there @Yeonju0970, once a late fee refund has been processed it can take up to 2 business days to clear back into the account.
If it's already been longer than this, you can log into your Online Banking and select "Ask Us" via the mobile app or "Message us Now" from a PC, to have a consultant take a look at what's happening here.
We're not able to view your account(s) via the Forum I'm sorry - but our Online Team are super handy and will be able to give you more info on this
