Credit card hold on account.

When I try transferring money from my credit card into a different account it says that I have insufficient funds or a hold on my account although it was working yesterday and I do have funds on it

Hi @Bleek, thanks for getting in touch.

 

Whilst we aren't able to view your account(s) via the Forum for security reasons, a withdrawal on a credit card would usually be declined for 2 main reasons: a card that has not been activated, or a Cash Advance restriction.
