Got a refund on my credit card from an Italian company but didn’t get the right amount refunded, I suspect from exchange rates. How do I get the correct amount refunded? Who would fork out the difference since I was suppose to get a full refund.

Once completed and signed by hand, the form along with any correspondence you've had with the merchant and a copy of the receipt/invoice can be attached to a BankMail through the 'Message centre' of your online banking.
