Credit Card late fee

A Late Fee is automatically payable on Bankwest credit cards if the minimum payment is not received by your statement due date.

To avoid this fee you need to ensure your payment is received at Bankwest by the due date. So if you’re paying your statement from another bank using BPAY® you need to account for the processing time. We recommend submitting your payment a minimum of 3 business days before it’s due.

However if you simply transfer from one Bankwest account direct to your credit card then it's an internal transfer and no LATE fee should be payable if it's done ON the due date. CORRECT??????
