Credit Card Not working

I have a credit card that I used on my holiday last year in europe and had paid it off, but when I went to use it just recently to buy tickets on ticketmaster it would not process at all and yet it works when I used it on paypass?

 

Also I went to purchase something from a US website and none of my credit/debit cards were accepted, but when I had purchased from them more than 12 months ago it worked fine.  Are there restrictions to purchasing overseas? or is it likely they updated their sites permissions which is blocking me?  I did get them to send a paypal link but even that wouldn't work... so maybe Im just not meant to buy from them.

Hi @azhure, I'm sorry to hear that you're having some troubles using your card. Whilst we can certainly take a look at what is happening, we would need to be able to identify you, which we can't do via the Forum I'm sorry.

 

You can login to Online Banking from a PC and select the "Chat Now" button at the bottom of your screen between 7am – 6pm AWST Monday – Friday for assistance with this. Alternatively, you can call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19 between 8am - 8pm your local time, 7 days a week.
