I just received a statement. I have a credit limit of $16,000. I HAD an available balance of $16,000.00 until you decided to deduct $89.00. You can see there is no activity on this card at the moment. Unless you are happy to waive the fee I want the account closed
Regards Rose

Hi @RoseWilson, thank you for your enquiry, and I am sorry to hear you feel this way. When applying for a Credit Card, any applicable fees are outlined once the product has been selected, as well as in the Fees and Charges Table, and the Comparison Table on our website. The Annual Fee does not relate to purchases/transactions made, but rather the card features and benefits, as well as date the card was issued. If you would like to look at other card options, including products with no Annual Fee, you will be able to do so via this link.
Should you choose to change the product, we will be able to process a Credit Card contract variation. Via the Forum I am unable to view your details, however if you would like to discuss this further, you are welcome to call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19 between 8am - 8pm your local time, 7 days a week. Alternatively, you can login to Online Banking and select the "Chat Now" button at the bottom of your screen between 7am – 6pm AWST Monday – Friday for assistance. Thank you.
