Hi, I was contacted during the week by the Bank (thank you by the way) as my card had been compromised and cancelled with new one being issued which is great. When I have checked my account I can see that the transaction that I bought tickets to a show for has disappeared. I am assuming that this is the compromised transaction? Where do I stand with the tickets that I thought I had bought. When I go into my ticket account I can see the tickets are still allocated to me? Do I still have them or do I need to buy them again?

Hi @DkA, it may be that they have not finished processing across to the new account details or are still being authorised. If you have access to online banking it would be best to pop us a message so we can look into this for you. You can access messaging by logging into online banking using a computer and selecting "Message us now". Thanks!
