Complaints to Management

Good evening, I am very concerned with my current credit card situation. I have been approved and activated my platinum credit card only to be told that has been done in error.  My previous card is now cancelled as the new one is activitated but I have been advised tonight that I may have the new one cancelled in the next few days as it was done incorrectly.  I am so concerned after all this I will be without a credit card with direct debits already set up for he new one. I have finally been told this after approximately 2 weeks of emails, phone calls, after my credit card was activated and I am so stressed with what is happening due to the incorrect information given, poor communication and incorrect processed followed. All of which are not my fault. I have also been told that customer complaints will get back to me within 5 working days and within this time nobody can help.  Great!

I'm sorry to hear of your experience @spikey1969.
