Hey guys i have a platinum breeze card and am currently on holiday in lombok. I have approx 3k spent so far which is on purchases and balance transfer. Yesterday i had to withdraw some cash twice from an ATM for approx 110 aud. I recieved 2 cash advance fees. Is my 13 month interest free period still applicable to this amount or can i pay the 110 off straight away and then the balance over the next 10 months or so and attract no interest?
Could you please clarify this for me?
Thanks
Lee

Hi @Leeroy, the interest free period doesn't include any cash advances I'm sorry. To prevent any cash advance interest being charged to your account, you will need obtain a payout figure and clear the account balance.
You can obtain a payout figure by calling our Contact Centre on 13 17 19 between 8am - 8pm your local time, or by chatting with us by clicking the 'Chat with us Now' button on the right hand side of your Online Banking between 7am - 6pm AWST Monday - Friday.
Thank you.
