Cash advance fee for Money Transfers?

I am trying to use a money transfer system called TransferWise.

They have a MCC code of (4829).

Will this be used a cash advance?

What MCC attract cash-advance fees and automatic interest rates?

Will there be a 2% surcharge on the transaction and/or automatica calculation of interest fees?  I can't figure out what MCCs are considered what.

Hi @jfang88 cash advance fee/interest will apply to the scenarios listed in section 24 of the Credit Cards Conditions of Use document

Transferring funds to another person is considered a cash advance and the 2% or $4 (whichever is higher) cash advance fee and cash advance interest (check your statement for the %) will apply.
