I have a limit of $3500 on my credit card and I wanted to use close to the limit for a cash advance.
However, when banking online it will only allow me to transfer $1000, $500, then $200.
I spoke to 3 people at customer service and no one could explain why, or confirm if there was a limit on cash advances.
I did the first 3 transactions above in April, and so thought that perhaps a new limit would kick in today being 1st May.
But still no luck.
Can anyone shed light on this?

Hi @nomoney, thanks for your enquiry. Via the Forum I wouldn't be able to view your account to confirm exactly why this is happening I'm sorry, however it does sound like it may be a Cash Advance restriction. Whilst we would like to let you know the exact amount you can withdraw, for security reasons we are unable to disclose how much cash can be withdrawn from your credit card at any time. This post may be helpful in providing further information, thanks!
