My son had his card taken by an ATM as he entered incorrect pin too many times. What should he do now to get it back asap?

Hi @miajam, thanks for contacting us in regards to this. Sorry to hear this happened to your son. We can certainly arrange a new card for him however we will need to organise this by speaking with him. If he can log into online banking via a computer he can live chat with our team (Chat now button is on the bottom right) alternatively he can call us on 13 17 19. Thanks!
