I travelled from Melbourne to Barcelona in Spain on 4/7/17, and my platinum credit card didn't work at the Melbourne airport. I received a phone call from BankWest on the day before our departure, as we were making some big purchases on the account for things like accommodation and car hire overseas. I notified the lady on the phone about our travel plans.
Please help, I would like to get my card working again. It's been difficult traveling without access to the money on my master card. Thanks!!

Hi @Lunarism, I'm really sorry to hear this. Whilst we can certainly take a look at what is happening, we'd need to first identify you, which we are unable to do via the Forum I'm sorry. If you are able to access a PC, you can login to Online Banking and select the "Chat Now" button at the bottom of your screen between 7am – 6pm AWST Monday – Friday for assistance. Alternatively you can call our Contact Centre on +61 8 9486 4130. This is a Reverse Charges Number, however as you would need to contact the International Operator in the country you are in, I am unable to advise if there would be any charges applied by the local or international telephone company for contacting the operator.
