Card not working?

Hello, 

Recently we opened up a home loan with you guys and we have a offset transaction account. I have set up my debit card for it and made a pin. We're looking to soon make that the bank account our salary goes into. Recently I tried to pay for something at my work with the card, I tried it on Credit (my work has the under $35 amount goes straight through no pin), Cheque and Savings and all 3 times said "Transaction not allowed". Is my card broken or? 

We won't be changing our account over if we cannot access the money...

Hi @Mellymel95, can I ask if when your set your card up with a PIN, did you also activate the card? Thanks

I called the number to activate my card (to double check) & it says this card has already been activated. I just tried it in the commonwealth ATM and it spat the card back out.
