(the atm swallowed card because my wife thought she was using a different card and tried a different pin to many times, silly mistake) but any way, if I temporarily lock my card, can I still receive a payment and transfer it to my wife's account online, just whilst I wait for my new card to arrive!??

Hey @Kyle , locking the card will only impact any debits using the card number.
Transfers in and out of the account (using the BSB and Account Number) will not be affected. On a side note, keep in mind your new card will have a new number, so be sure to update any merchants you may have direct debits with.
Hope this helps!
