Card declined on itunes

I have $2 currently in my account so I know I have enough yet my card keeps being declined. Why? Can it be fixed?

Hi @KitKat9582, we'd love to look into what's happened here for you. As we can't identify customers via the Forum I'm not able to see what may be happening however you can log into online banking to live chat with us or send us a BankMail message. Alternatively you can call us on 13 17 19 so we can look into this. Thanks!
