I received mynew card and activated it.
On attempting to use it in an online transaction the transaction was rejected.
I am not sure where the problem is.

Hi @RaeleneHou so we can look into what's happened here, please log into your online banking and hit the 'Message us now' button located to the bottom of the screen, or the 'Ask us' button if using our app, this is at the bottom of the app menu.
