Id like to cancel a transaction that I made online as it is not working as intended. I tried contacting the seller and they have not responded.
The authorization charge was for A$5.51.

Hi @montetkon, I'm sorry to hear this.
Whilst we can't cancel a transaction once it has been debited, we can certainly dispute it on your behalf. This previous post of the Bankwest Forum will outline how you can request a transaction dispute, and contains a link to the required form.
