@Gary1956: Due to privacy reasons, BWA's Forums team won't be able to assist with this in a timely manner.
I'd strongly recommend you immediately call one of the following Bankwest numbers for assistance:
- Overseas: +61 8 9449 2840
- In Australia: 13 17 19
For emergency replacement of a lost credit card overseas, call one of the numbers listed on this page:
PS: I recommend deleting your name from the text in your original post, it's poor personal information security to leave it there.

Hi @Gary1956, I can certainly place a temporary hold on your card, however for security reasons we can't issue any new cards or cancel completely until we speak with you and identify you over the phone. If you can please call us on +61 8 9486 4130 from Bali we can issue a new card for you. This is a reverse charges number. To use this number from outside Australia please contact the international operator in the country you are in and request to be put through to +61 8 9486 4130. Please note: we have no control over any charges applied by the local or international telephone company for contacting the operator.
In regards to you putting your full name in the post, I have edited this to remove your name for security reasons. As @thewinchester mentioned we generally advise not to put any personal or account information on your forum posts to protect your accounts. Thanks!
