Hey @Benmati, I'm sorry to hear that, I hope everything's ok. You can definitely let us know of your travel plans through our app by selecting the 'International' option from the menu and then 'Going overseas'.
Through the full version of your online banking, select 'Self service', then 'Going overseas'.
To use your Debit Mastercard overseas, select the 'Credit' option at any EFTPOS terminals/ATMs instead of 'Cheque' or 'Savings'.
If you're registered for SMS codes for your online banking but wont have access to receive those to your Australian mobile number while you're away, you'll just need to give us a buzz on +61 8 9486 4130 while you're overseas to have an exemption placed on this security requirement.
This is a reverse charges number. To use this number from outside Australia please contact the international operator in the country you are in and request to be put through to +61 8 9486 4130. Please note: we have no control over any charges applied by the local or international telephone company for contacting the operator. Our Contact Centre is open 24/7.
