I have a platinum ccard with a limit of $16,000 and availalbe credit of $1200. I wish to effect a cash transfer to another internal bankwest account but it wont allow me to even do $100 as it mentions insufficient funds or restrictions on account. ?

Hi @66039536 , thanks for your question.
As cash advances generally have higher interest rates and fees than purchases, Bankwest has restrictions on the amount of cash that can be withdrawn from credit cards. These restrictions are what is most likely preventing you from transferring or withdrawing funds from your credit card.
We do apologise for any inconvenience; though the cash advance restriction cannot be removed.
Whilst I would like to let you know the exact amount you can withdraw, for security reasons we are unable to disclose how much cash can be withdrawn from your credit card at any time. Please see Part 2.3(b) of your Credit Card Account Access Conditions of Use for further information about cash advance restrictions.
