Hey there @Jaanos, great question.
You won't be able to add another card holder as such, though you can add another person as a "signatory" to your account, and request card access for them. They'll then have pretty much the same access to the account you do, only they won't be able to make any changes or close the account.
If you'd like to add a signatory, you'll just need to pop into your closest Bankwest branch, which you can locate here. Alternatively, you can instead open a new account in joint names, which means both parties will have full access to all functions of the account. If you don't already have an account in joint names, you'll again need to head into a branch to open one.
