Hi @Alleng81My, I'm sorry to hear you're having some trouble with this.
If you're registered with SMS Code Security, you can activate your card within your Online Banking via the "Self Service > Manage My Cards" tab. Please note you will need to be accessing the full site.
If not, our Contact Centre can help you to do this by calling 13 17 19 between 8am - 8pm your local time, 7 days a week.
