Account has been suspended for over 2 weeks without any followup or updates. Unhappy.

I've never experience such things with credit card company. After activating my credit and start making a few semi large purchases, it must have raised a red flag and my account was suspended without any warning. After the suspension i received a call from bankwest requesting that i give them a call back. I gave them a call and confirm all my details and stated that i made these purchases and they are legit purchaese, I requested that they remove the suspension off the card but was told to call back tomorrow to speak with their supervisor in order to do so. The next day gave them a call and gave me an excuse that my account was under investigation who knows why and that i will receive a call from them soon.

 

Waited for 2 weeks, no news, no follow up and no update and my account remain suspended, what if my life is depended on the credit card? My life would've been forfeited.

 

I just wanted to say that this is unacceptable and this is the worst experience I ever had with a bank credit card. 

 

i'm extremely frustrated and unhappy with how bankwest handles this sort of things.
