I got my new credit card, it's not showing online.
but I still can see other accounts.

So we can get this looked into ASAP please login to your online banking and send a BankMail (confirming the 16 digit card number and expiry date), or click the 'chat now' button to chat with a consultant between 7am - 6pm AWST Monday - Friday.
