A Current Affair - Mrs Stevens

Wow, just watched a current affair on how Mrs Stevens was treated by Bankwest after her husband died and her home sold.  Shame on the bank and that individual that made the final decision.

Disgraceful.

Claudia,

She couldn't keep paying the mortgage.

Why was it necessary for her husband to go riding his quad bike thing, if he can't do it in a safe manner? And, neither did he nominate her as a beneficiary, in his will, right from the start.

It's not really the bank's fault... it's a bit of stupidity... am I right?
