billing cycle

It would be good to know the formula so one can work out the exact billing period for each month. Each time I ring up and ask no one seems to have any idea. The programs written for the system knows how this is calculated so please try and make it available to your customers who want to be diligent and keep ahead of the cycle.

Hi @skigolf, can I ask specifically what it is that you would like to know? While we can't provide the sensitive details of our processes, I'm happy to assist in helping you understand more about the account. The issue date for credit card will change from month to month, as they can only be issued on a business day. For security reasons we can't access or discuss any personal account information over the forum, so I can't give specifics regarding your account, however if you can log into online banking and send us a Bankmail message, we can give you more specific information. You can access Bankmail by logging into online banking via http://Bankwest.com.au and selecting "Message centre" from the left hand menu, and then "Bankmail".

Was this helpful? Then give it 'Kudos'!

If your question was answered, select 'Accept as Solution' to make it easier for others to find.
