I am currently overseas and need to reset my PIN. Very hard to get access to calling as it is expensive. Can you please advise me how to do this ASAP?
Also I have tried to transfer funds but it keeps saying that I have insufficents funds available. I definitely have enough so could you look in to this as well ASAP?

As we will need to verbally ID you to reset this, we do ask that you give us a buzz between 6am - 6pm Perth time weekdays. You can call us on +61 8 9486 4130 while you're overseas. This is a reverse charges number. To use this number from outside Australia please contact the international operator in the country you are in and request to be put through to +61 8 9486 4130. Please note: we have no control over any charges applied by the local or international telephone company for contacting the operator.
If you're unable to call, please flick me an email with your fill name, current location and best contact number. Please make sure you have your token with you when we speak with us.
