How can I order a new deposit book for a business account now that almost all the branches are closed??
Also, please update your information about the extremely few branch locations that are still open. After having rung around and gone to locations that I was informed are open, they were not - it appears that even your staff are not aware of which branches are open.
Bankwest is supposed to be affiliated with CBA, the CBA staff are not very helpful at all and won't assist AT ALL. Being a business I used to cash petty cash cheques at Bankwest, not only will CBA not cash the cheques but I was told to go to ATM (which does not provide the denominations required), once I had withdrawn the cash I lined up again at CBA to break down the denominations, only to be told that they would not. Total lack of customer service.
I proceeded to my own bank, BOQ ,where they broke down the denominations - no questions asked.
Thanks alot Bankwest and CBA for making it very difficult for small business to deal with you.
Hopefully I can receive a reply as to how I can get a deposit book!!
