Hi @JF, to access the message centre you'll need to log into personal online banking using a computer, as this facility is not currently available within our app. Once you've logged in, you'll find it located in the left hand menu. It's the third option from the bottom of the list. Alternativey if you're using online business banking, it's located under Customer Service, then Bank Mail (third option under Customer Service).
