I am about to open two business zero transaction accounts with Bankwest, and just find out I also need internet banking and Debit Mastercard facitilies for my daily business use. After reading PDSs for Zero Transaction Accounts and Internet Banking combined, I am not 100% confident that my understanding regarding the fees is correct. Could you please clarify the following questions?
1. Apart from recall and record fees, is there any other fees associated with Internet Banking facility on a zero transaction account?
2. What is the fee applicable to add on a Debit Mastercard facility with the zero transaction account?
3. Is there any internet banking fee when receiving payments from other non-Bankwest branded accounts or when transfering out to a non-Bankwest branded account?
Would appreciate your assistance.

Hi @amyz, providing you apply for Online Business Banking with the Business Zero Transaction Account, there are no additional fees for online banking access, likewise there are no fees applicable to have Debit Mastercard access for this account. In regards to sending or receiving funds from another non-Bankwest account, this would depend on the type of transfer made. If you receive funds from overseas or via Real Time Gross Settlement transfer there is a $10 inward order fee. I hope this helps.
