Changes to merchant statements

Bankwest will be turning off electronic merchant statements from 1 September 2017, while we work to integrate new statement information.

From this date all businesses are required to comply with a new law that prohibits excessive payments surcharges.

To assist you in complying with this law, from 1 August 2017 you'll receive an improved paper statement with detailed information about your cost of acceptance.

For more information on the changes visit the ACCC website.
