Bankwest issued a replcaement credit card in the wrong business name, and when we requested the replacement card be re-issued in the correct business name Bankwest cancelled the card and now tell me it cannot be reactivated. I've tried contacing by bankmessage, requested a telephone call but not gettting anywhere. What can I do?
