Bank transfer decline

Hi there,

 

Bankwest declined my western union 2nd transaction as 1st transaction was approved 5 mins ago. 

I have daily limit international transfer $1,000 but I was able to go through with payment more than $1,000 with first transaction. I need to find out the reason why 2nd transaction was cancelled.

Hi Sarah,

Thanks for the quick reply. I couldn't find the live chat feature under my online banking, can you please advise?

Certainly Smiley Happy To live chat with us via online banking you'll need to log in on a computer (mobile and tablets do not have this option currently) once you've logged in, if one of our specialists are available you'll be able to see the chat now option on the bottom right.
