Activate debit card for business account

I've followed the instructions to activate my card but there doesn't seem to be a "self service menu" with a manage my card option on the online account?

Hi @alex92, can I confirm that you are using your personal Bankwest Online Banking (BOB), and not Online Business Banking (OBB)? As the card is issued to an individual and not to the Business itself, the card can only be activated through BOB. This can be done via the "Self Service > Manage My Cards" tab, or you can call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19 for assistance. Let me know how you go!

Yes, using the OBB. I don't have a personal BOB? The PAN i was given always opens the OBB. 

 

I have called and activated it over the phone but it didn't prompt me to set a pin? So I still can't use the card.

Our Contact Centre will be able to assist you in setting up Personal Online Banking access @alex92, I apologise if this was not clear. To set a PIN you will need to be using BOB - I've just checked and can confirm there is no wait to get through at the moment if you would like to do this. Thank you.
