Hello, I am trying to upload an ABA file to my bank account to do payroll and I keep getting an error message on BankWest's website saying 'There was a problem submitting your request. Debit total is incorrect'
I can't get past this, but i have no idea how to fix it as I can't see the ABA file to see an error. Can you help urgently as I need to pay my staff? Thank you!

Hi @Irossiter, I've just checked with our team and it looks like you may need to enable the "self balancing line / self balancing line required" option in your accounting software. To do this, you should be able to select the settings option via your accounting software, and switch this option on. Hope that helps!
