I’m happy to report we’ve continued to implement improvements to online banking and the Bankwest app based on customer feedback form several channels including the Bankwest Forum – it’s precisely what we love to do!
Unsurprisingly, Mobile remains a very popular topic amongst members as does Online Banking. We’ve continued to receive requests for Apple Pay and Android Pay and while we don’t yet have a launch date to share I can confirm we continue to make progress and will of course keep everyone updated as soon as information becomes available.
Activating a credit or debit card is quicker and easier than you might think. There’s no need to call or visit a store, it can all be done using online banking.
We like seeing our members visiting the mobile app and online banking release notes posts so we’ll certainly keep these going to keep you all up-to-date. We publish these before the changes actually go live, so you all know before everyone else
Just yesterday we made some changes to the Bankwest App including the above change to the scheduled payments process as well as the ability to edit scheduled payments (previously they could only be deleted and setup using the App).
