Since the last update we’ve had a broad range of enquiries ranging from cards and security to home loans and online banking. Needless to say @SarahF and @LyndsC have been hard at work on the Forum as well as our social channels. All while I enjoyed a short break overseas
We saw the update to the navigation for the Bankwest website, along with changes to the colours, fonts, etc to improve accessibility for our customers. We’ve already received a lot of great feedback as well as some things our customers would like to see changed and as always our design and development teams are across it all and will continually improve it.
Mobile remains the most popular topic, closely followed by Cards. One of the key drivers to Mobile this time round was Apple Pay. The latest update is – like the other banks (besides ANZ of course), we don’t yet have Apple Pay. And unfortunately we don’t have an update on if/when we’ll have it. While it’s not the news you want to hear, we do promise to let our Forum members know as soon as we have info to share. Importantly though, we do have people constantly working on our mobile app and payments/services available to our customers.
For anyone that may have missed the fingerprint login conversation…TouchID is coming soon to the Bankwest App.
Activating a credit or debit card is quick and easy to do yourself – no need to call or visit a store.
Check out the footer of the page – the new design includes the Bankwest SWIFT Code because it is a common question from our customers across most of our channels.
